Help for Customer Login

The user-id and password fields support only alphabets and digits up to 10 characters each. Both the fields are mandatory, i.e., should be entered. Please contact the system administrator if you have forgotten your password.

The User-Id, Password combination is Invalid.	Either the user-id or password or both have been entered wrongly.
Invalid Password	Either your user-id has not been activated or you do not have access to the system. Please contact your nearest ECIL-RAPISCAN office with all details.
The system is shutdown. Please log in after sometime	Please try after 15 minutes.
