The user-id and password fields support only alphabets and digits up to 10 characters each. Both the fields are mandatory, i.e., should be entered. Please contact the system administrator if you have forgotten your password.

Message	Action to be taken
User-Id doesn’t exist	Enter the correct user-id or contact the system administrator
Invalid Password	The user-id is correct but the password is incorrect. Enter the correct password or contact the system administrator
User-Id is Inactive	Contact the system administrator if you feel that you require access to the application
Not an ECR employee	You do not have access to the system since you have resigned from the company
The system is shutdown. Please log in after sometime	Please try after 15 minutes.
